about me

No-nonsense coaching style that gets results

Ever think about all the time you used to have?

And how you took it for granted?

I know I do. I think back to when I was in my 20s. (Long before I spent my days and nights running after a toddler and sitting on a 3rd grader till he does his homework.)

I had time for Spanish Rock club hopping, salsa dancing, art gallery openings and the search for the best Cosmo in LA. Sometimes all in the same night.

All that time! Doesn’t it make your head spin?

If you’re anything like me, time is your biggest struggle. The pebble in your shoe.

You think, if only I had one extra hour every day -- just one -- I could get to the good stuff.

I could…

...Learn Italian

...Have a spa day here and there

...Spend “grownup time” with the girls.

...Spend really grownup time with my spouse. Remember dating?

...Try my hand at interior design and architecture -- maybe even get a degree.

...Learn Tango, instead of just watching the president do it on Youtube

...Plan a trip to Cuba! Or Brazil! (And show off my dance skills in the street)

Whatever your “extra time” wishes are, I’m sure you’d like more time for creativity. For intimacy. For friendship. For yourself.

That’s what I’m here to help you with:  Finding the time.

When I became an overwhelmed, busy mom, and felt the days and years moving at a breathtaking pace, I became obsessed with time.  With slowing it down. With making more of it. With making it count, not just slip away.

With taking advantage of the precious years when your kids still want to be around you, without sacrificing what you want to achieve creatively and professionally.

How do you do that?

I’ve devoured and waded through all the time management books and courses that you don’t have time for.

I’ve tested the techniques. I’ve found what works. I’ve used these shifts myself to create a new business, spend more time with my kids, have better dates with my husband.

I’ve advised executives, stay-at-home moms, and professional teams, giving them small, doable practices that add up to the holy grail: EXTRA TIME.

What would (could) you do with an extra hour in your day?

What could you achieve?

What would it feel like to get to the “good stuff”?
